OneVoice Legislative Agenda
The OneVoice Legislative Agenda is truly a collaborative product, and has proven to be a critical force with state and federal lawmakers as we work to advance issues which impact businesses and communities throughout northeast Oklahoma and the entire state.
The annual OneVoice process is a regional advocacy effort led by the Tulsa Regional Chamber. The OneVoice coalition includes more than 75 partners across the region, including city and county governments, peer chambers of commerce, economic development groups, education institutions and community organizations in northeastern Oklahoma.
Through OneVoice, nine task forces identify and prioritize key issues every summer. In the fall, these issues are brought together at the OneVoice Regional Legislative Summit, where attendees vote to define the top 15 state and 15 federal issues that are important to our region. These priorities are then shared with state legislators and federal elected officials via the OneVoice legislative agenda. Participating as a regional partner is critical as this informs policymakers, who represent different communities, that support for these issues is wide-reaching.
